It's okay to be stuck sometimes
Being stuck just means it's time to explore and evaluate what you need and this isn't always easy to do on your own. I work to support people in understanding how to empower their own lives, while leaving room for growth.
I believe in healthy communication and strive to support this in my clients. I believe strongly in the Queer community and am a part of it myself. I support consensual non-monogamy, kink communities, and am sex positive.
I am certified through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, & Therapists (AASECT) as a Sex Therapist and am excited to support my clients in the development of their healthiest self! I also have additional training with The Couples Institute, to facilitate the Developmental Model, in my work with couples.
I work with individuals and couples whom are struggling with sexual related concerns, such as sexual dysfunction, desire differences, gender and sexual identity, kink interests, communication between couples, and general education about sexual health and interests.
Although I see adults primarily, if you have a younger adolescent/child that is struggling with some of these concerns, please call.
